About this Opportunity:
The Automation Application Engineer is responsible for providing technical product expertise for product lines the company represents. The Automation Application Engineer will work closely with the sales team to satisfy customer requirements and ensure successful application of products within the solution provided.

Location:
Evolution Motion Solutions is headquartered in Farmers Branch, TX with additional offices in TX, UT, AL, AZ, MT, OK, MA, MI IN, IL, OH and Canada. This position will be based out of our Noblesville, IN facility.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (EE/ME) or eight years of related experience in the automation field
· ISA certification (CCST or CAP) a plus
EXPERIENCE:
· Five years Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
· Knowledgeable of industry standards and practices that apply to control system design and implementation.
· Ensure the use of appropriate standards, policies, and procedures.
· Ability to work effectively in both an individual and team environment.
· Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.

· Possesses excellent communication skills and customer rapport.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, and MS Office software.
· Understands, follows, and continuously promotes safe work practices.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting of items such as a laptop computer, small products or parts, product books or catalogs. Position also requires long periods of sitting while driving or riding as a passenger in an automobile to customer sites. Ability to effectively communicate using company-issued devices such as laptop, mobile phone, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general office environment. Must be able to move through customer sites, including warehouses, shipyards, oil field rigs, manufacturing facilities, and related machinery, etc. Work outside normal business hours is required.
