Responsibilities - Automotive Detail Manager: Ensure efficient auto detail department operation, quality control and more.Train, schedule and manage detail team membersSupervise and assist detailers with cleaning, waxing, polishing, etc. Ensure finished auto detail work meets dealership quality standardsDevelop and implement detailing processes to achieve superior results and customer satisfaction.Ensure proper usage, storage, and inventory of cleaning chemicals and suppliesEnsure the detail shop is clean and organized and meets safety standardsQualifications - Automotive Detail Manager:Auto detail experience required; management experience is strongly preferredCertification in automotive detailing or related field is a plus.Extensive knowledge of detailing products, techniques, and equipmentEnergetic with a good work ethic and strong attention to detailGood customer service and communication skillsPosition requires bending, kneeling, standing, etc. for extended periods of timeHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Please upload your resume.
