Case Manager with Lived Experience Peer Support Navigator Join to apply for the Case Manager with Lived Experience Peer Support Navigator role at GenerateHope . GenerateHope is currently hiring a Case Manager with lived experience to serve as a Peer Support Navigator for women impacted by human trafficking and those at risk of exploitation. This role offers an opportunity to support survivors in healing and rebuilding their lives. Position Summary: In this role, you will provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered support, connecting clients to services like housing, healthcare, education, employment, and legal advocacy. Collaborate with team members and community partners to promote safety, stability, and empowerment. Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive case management for trafficking survivors. Support clients in accessing emergency and long-term services such as housing, healthcare, substance use treatment, employment, education, legal services, transportation, and documentation. Collaborate with staff and partners. Maintain accurate and confidential records. Foster a healing, safe, and empowering environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, advocacy, or social services. Lived experience of human trafficking or exploitation is highly valued. Understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus. Reliable transportation and flexibility for countywide travel.
