Job Responsibilities: Order Selecting on a Cherry Picker throughout Shift RF Scanner Automatic Shrink Wrap Pallet Machine Safely and Accurately bring orders to Shipping Department Off-loading trucks utilizing forklift and pallet jack Verify that the quality, type, and amount of materials received are accurate Breaking down freight – Hand off-loading of product to consolidated put-away location Picking product orders – Hand loading product to pallets Packaging outbound shipments – Wraps, straps or over pack boxing of product Manifesting UPS shipments Creates bills of lading for truck carriers Maintain documentation of goods shipped Produce and attach identifying tags to product or shipments Fulfills all safety responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned by Production Supervisor/Lead Job Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required Utilization of various forklifts High School Degree or equivalent preferred On a continuous basis: work in a standing position, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with both LTL and UPS shipping Good communication, data entry, basic math and organization skills Experience working with standard hand and power tools Ability to work in a team setting Ability to speak and read in English At Hire Dynamics, we’re in the business of fulfillment.
