We are partnering with an Industrial Manufacturing Services Organization who is hiring for a Mechanical Engineer.

Position Highlights
• Mechanical Engineer
• Full Time Direct Hire
• Provide leadership – processes, services, etc.
• Work with teams on development and implementations on productivity, SOP’s, customer satisfaction
Background Requirements
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering experience
• Communicate effectively
• Able to read prints and make recommendations/ changes
• Able to develop Work Orders, SOP’s, update information, etc.
• Experience interacting with customers, vendors and other depts
• Experience with ERP, CRM software
Job Responsibilities
• Develop processes and continuous improvement workflows
• Work with quality, marketing, sales, operations teams
• Take technical lead on projects
• Develop purchase proposals, complete cost projections, etc.
• Support processes
• Maintain all process documentations – process mapping, work instructions, value stream mapping, etc.
• Implement cost saving measures
• Assist on preventative maintenance
• Work with design teams
• Work with service dept.
