People First Solutions/ Strategic HR Leader with PHR, SHRM-CP, and HR Management Certifications PURPOSE OF POSITION
Drive the execution, creative planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and brand growth. The Director of Marketing will also coordinate public relations activities, both external and internal, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the overall business goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

More specifically, the person will be responsible for creating/improving marketing and measuring the success of all marketing and communication programs, including but not limited to:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Cemen Tech business objectives.
Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging and imaging across all channels including social media, internal communications/announcements, company press releases.
Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Drive recruitment branding strategy to attract top talent to our brand.
Website development and oversight.
Develop creative and fresh story ideas to keep the Cemen Tech brand in front of customers and the public.
Maintain and coordinate trade show and convention activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts.
Design and implement company and client websites/templates from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverables.
Code and implement WordPress sites from Photoshop layouts through HTML/CSS to custom themes, functions, and plugins.
Write, edit, and create content for internal and external purposes.
Maintain solid communication internally and externally by being organized, structuring and prioritizing workload, and helping the team stay focused on key priorities and deadlines.
Create and maintain project timelines, negotiate timing, and communicate regularly with team members.
Manage internal and client-specific financial requirements, including cost monitoring, billing, and reconciliation. Oversee the marketing budget and resource allocation.
Provide detailed project tracking including revisions, approvals, and costs.
Manage operational and financial relationships with external vendors, including negotiations, invoices, and quotes.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION-EXPERIENCE-COMPUTER SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of related leadership experience, preferably in an agency setting.
7 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, or similar roles.
Experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
Project management experience.
Experience with WordPress preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Experience with website features, enhancements, and content management.
Ability to create and update reusable code libraries for WordPress development.
Experience with HubSpot CRM, including reports, forms, workflows, and maintenance.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for product sheets and forms.
Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
Ability to meet 'go-live' deadlines for websites.
Experience using social media platforms.
Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
