This position supports the Work & Rewards business, providing organizations with compensation and career data, insights, advice, and tools. The role specifically supports the Work, Rewards & Careers and Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practices within Work & Rewards, reporting to the Global Head of HWC Marketing. Ideal candidates will demonstrate business acumen, experience with marketing tools and content, and excellent project management, communication, and team skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support global growth, aligning initiatives with business priorities. Elevate the W&R brand, especially with senior stakeholders like Boards and CHROs. Drive sales through strategic marketing approaches. Refine marketing strategies based on market trends and performance metrics. Coordinate with regional teams for project execution. Collaborate on campaign development across digital, content, events, and analytics. Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns accordingly. Manage marketing budget and report on spend. Stay current with industry trends and innovative techniques. Minimum Qualifications Results-driven with a proven track record in marketing growth campaigns. Strategic and creative thinker with expertise in multi-channel marketing. Strong content creation skills and storytelling ability. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Extensive digital marketing experience, preferably in professional services or B2B environments. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $150,000 - $175,000 USD annually, plus potential annual bonus.
