We immerse ourselves in our customers’ world, reveal unknowns and deliver integrated solutions.  We are looking for an experienced SMT Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. 

 

Responsibilities

• Analyzes production data
• Monitor yields and assists with root cause analysis if the yield drops below target
• Create Setups in Nexim
• Perform basic SMT equipment maintenance
• Perform visual inspection of PCB assemblies per IPC-A-610 using a microscope
• Train new machine operators
• Provide technical support on PCBA production equipment as needed
• Advanced equipment maintenance (Fuji Head maintenance & PAM software) a plus.
• Equipment troubleshooting using mechanical drawings and schematics
• Train and mentor machine operators to ensure proper, safe and efficient equipment operation

Education

• Associate’s degree in technical-related field and/or Military Electronics training OR prior Technician experience

Experience

• At least 3 years of equipment technician experience (preferably in semiconductor or SMT manufacturing environment)
• Strong mechanical and electronic knowledge/skills
• Proficiency in use of computers, including MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
